This is to personally thank all of you who attended our meeting on the 1st April 2016 and were kind enough to sponsor my son in law who ran the marathon on Sunday 24th April on behalf of the Helen Rollason Cancer Charity, which he completed in 6 hours.

 

This was a great achievement as my son in law has had cancer twice and the HRCC were a great support to him and his wife during his treatment. He wanted to give something back, hence why he did this.

 

The Lodge donation raised £300 and in total he raised over £5000.
